These terms apply to your use of the Biznaro website and public demos. Client projects are governed by a separate written agreement, which takes priority over these terms.

Using the website and demos

  • Do not upload confidential, personal or sensitive data to public demos.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt, overload or reverse-engineer the website or demos.
  • Demos may be changed, limited or withdrawn at any time.

AI-generated content

Our demos and AI systems generate answers automatically. AI-generated content may contain errors and should be checked before you rely on it for business, legal or financial decisions.

Prices and quotes

Prices on this website are indicative “starting from” prices. A binding price is only agreed in a written quote after a discovery call.

Intellectual property

Website content and branding belong to Biznaro. For client projects, ownership of data, content and configuration is set out in the client agreement.

Our Data Handling Promise

  • Minimum data. We collect and process only the data a system needs to do its job, and nothing more.
  • Consent first. Chatbots and forms show a clear notice before collecting personal details. Conversations are logged only with consent.
  • Agreed regions. Your data is stored and processed only in the hosting regions we agree with you in writing.
  • Retention limits. Every type of data has a defined retention period. Demo uploads are deleted automatically after 24 hours.
  • Encryption. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest.
  • Deletion on exit. When our engagement ends, we hand over your data and delete our copies, and confirm this in writing.
  • No training on your data. Your data is never used to train AI models, ours or anyone else's, without your written permission.
