Our Data Handling Promise
- Minimum data. We collect and process only the data a system needs to do its job, and nothing more.
- Consent first. Chatbots and forms show a clear notice before collecting personal details. Conversations are logged only with consent.
- Agreed regions. Your data is stored and processed only in the hosting regions we agree with you in writing.
- Retention limits. Every type of data has a defined retention period. Demo uploads are deleted automatically after 24 hours.
- Encryption. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest.
- Deletion on exit. When our engagement ends, we hand over your data and delete our copies, and confirm this in writing.
- No training on your data. Your data is never used to train AI models, ours or anyone else's, without your written permission.

What we collect on this website
- Contact form: your name, business name, phone or WhatsApp number, email address and your description of what you want to automate. We use this only to reply to your enquiry.
- Demo waitlist: your email address and which demo you are interested in, used to send you one email when the demo is available.
- Analytics (only with your consent): anonymous, aggregated page-view data to understand which pages are useful.
We do not sell personal data and we do not add you to marketing lists without asking.
How long we keep it
Enquiry details are kept for [PLACEHOLDER: retention period, e.g. 12 months] after our last contact, unless you become a client, in which case the client agreement applies. Waitlist emails are deleted once the notification has been sent. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
Who processes it

AI demos and client systems

AI-generated answers may contain errors. For client projects, data handling is set out in the client agreement and follows the Data Handling Promise above.
Your rights
